Common questions

My purchase did not arrive. Cores land the moment Apple confirms the payment. If a payment is pending (for example Ask to Buy), the cores land automatically when it clears. If something still looks wrong, email us with your purchase receipt from Apple and we will sort it out.

How do I restore purchases? Core packs are consumable, so there is nothing to restore after they are spent. The shop has a Restore button for completeness.

The daily puzzle changed under me. The Daily Volt switches at midnight local time. Everyone in the world plays the same field each day.

Can I turn off the sound? Yes, in the pause menu. The game also respects the silent switch on your phone.
