PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: July 23, 2026

VOLTFIELD has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking across apps. Nothing the game collects is linked to your identity. Here is what the game touches and why.

What the game collects

Anonymous usage data. The game sends a small number of gameplay events (for example: a level was cleared, a daily puzzle was played, the shop was opened). These events carry a random ID that is created on your device. It is not connected to your name, email, Apple ID, or anything else about you. We use this only to understand which parts of the game people play, so we can improve it. The service that stores these events is PostHog.

Diagnostics. If the game crashes or freezes, Apple's standard diagnostics (MetricKit) and the game's own small crash notes are saved on your device. Crash data reaches us only through Apple's normal developer reports, or if you choose to share a diagnostics file with us yourself.

Purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases (core packs). Payments are handled entirely by Apple. The game uses RevenueCat to process purchase receipts; RevenueCat sees an anonymous app-generated ID and the purchase, never your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores go to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center player name. That is Apple's service, under Apple's privacy policy. The game works fine without Game Center.

What the game does not do

No ads. No ad networks. No tracking across other apps or websites. No selling of data. No accounts, no email addresses, no contact lists, no location, no photos (unless you tap "Save to Photos" on a highlight clip, which only adds a video to your own library).

Children

The game is rated 4+. It collects the same minimal anonymous data from everyone and has no chat or social features beyond Apple's own Game Center.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date.
